At EVO PT & Performance, our performance training process begins with a movement screen and a comprehensive battery of performance assessments focused on identifying areas of both strength and weakness in order to determine where to begin improving your performance.
Based on your results of your performance evaluation, we will design a program
that meets your specific needs. Each phase of our programming builds on previous phases in order to safely and effectively progress towards your performance goals.

Our online coaching programs are designed for those individuals that want to take their own training to the next level.
It is for those individuals that love the freedom of training on their own time, but feel "stuck" in the same old routine, experience slow or inconsistent results, and need some guidance to get the needle moving in the right direction again.
The process begins with a conversation to discuss goals, training background, previous successes and struggles, and lifestyle habits (sleep, nutrition, stress management). We will follow-up with an in-depth, comprehensive movement assessment to determine our starting point for programming - this can be done remotely or in person.
Our online coaching programs consist of four week training blocks with associated exercise pictures/videos to ensure proper execution of each exercise in your program.
A weekly debrief to discuss your response to training, areas of focus, and any modifications that need to be made to ensure that we are making progress towards your goals.
